We offer a free confidential advice and listening service to those considering their next career move, and thinking about career progression. This service is designed to give you a second opinion, offer perspective, or signpost you to useful resources and is staffed by former school leaders. We won't tell you what to do, but we know it can be helpful to talk things through with someone with no vested interest.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer advice on specific problems or issues you are experiencing in school or medical advice.
