About Us

DiverseApply was set up in response to the ongoing teacher workforce complexities facing schools and academies in England. There are a crescendo of challenges for headteachers and limiting the quality of education for pupils - especially in areas where great teachers are needed most.
Current recruitment practices, extortionate finders fees and the huge cost of job advertising with leading providers are turning schools away from the valuable capacity that recruiters can provide already overstretched school leaders.
The Problem
Our Solution
DiverseApply provides permanent teachers to schools using a flat fee model. You hire a teacher or leader and the cost is always £2299 - a fraction of the 18% of salary typically charged as a finders fee by agencies.
That cost also covers a wealth of ongoing support for the individual during the length of their employment with you. This includes non-unionised legal protection from EDAPT, access to the leading Employee Assistance Programme from Education Support, a high street perks package covering gym and restaraunt discounts, ongoing CPD, networking and community events plus a whole host more.
We also work with any educator who approaches us to give free impartial advice, signposting and guidance. Our ongoing communications and press work is aimed at creating awareness to issues impacting the profession right now.
