What is Diverse Apply?
DiverseApply is a teacher recruitment agency that doesn't feel like other agencies. That's because we only work to create long term or permanent matches between schools and talented educators.
But that's not the end of it...
After we make strong matches, we provide ongoing retention support to ensure those hired through us can produce long-term impact in schools.

We do a few things really well. These are:

1. We support teachers and leaders to find their permanent next step and career progression, through tailored support to help them stay in teaching longer.

2. We support selected schools to find and hire great people that intend to stick it out for the long haul. For these schools, we find real talent to excel in hard-to-fill positions at a fraction of the cost of traditional agencies.

3. We are building a supply network we care about. It's not the biggest network, but that helps us make sure we work with great people to find them supply work in schools that care about them.​
